Professor T. V. Kattimani is an Indian academic, author and university leader whose career spans language scholarship, higher education administration and advocacy for inclusive learning.
Beginning his academic teaching career in 1979, he went on to hold senior positions at Karnatak University, Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University and Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh.
His work brings together Hindi and Kannada literature, translation, tribal and Dalit studies, institutional development and education policy. He has supervised 36 doctoral scholars in Hindi.
